On tuesday 16th september, i was in johannesburg park station heading to the gautrain terminals. i was approached by two very questionable characters who tried to trick me into using the ATM. my best bet is they were planning to my belongings and my bank details.
i calmly walked into the absa branch and they followed me inside, i was assisted by a very helpful lady, after i explained to her what was going on she promptly continued to remove me from harms way and had the criminals removed from the buildings.
i would like to extend my sincerest thanks to the two ladies for their help and also to the two armed guards who escorted me to the gautrain terminals. if it wasn't for them i would have probably been robbed of all my belongings. I'm proud to say I'm an ABSA client and i will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as ABSA and its staff continue to go the extra mile like they did for me.
