Was in an accident on the 3rd of September 2013. But PMD refused to pay, stating that my car is not a write off and they took too long to respond to my claim i was the one pushing- calling them. They did'nt state all their terms and conditions when offering their service to me. I also paid for storage and towing fees. Let me tell you they only pay for write offs that was been in an accident for the first time. Meaning if you have lodged a claim before and your car is a write off they won't pay you. PrimeMeridian is the worst, I wont recommend it to anyone. I'm so glad that i cancelled them. Read carefully their T's and C's before taking their insurance with them.
