It is very unlikely that I would recommend FNB's services to anyone. I would rate it 0/10!

The service I received was appalling. Precious Mazibuko could not answer me as to where my funds disappear to every month. She always sounded so impatient with me as i was asking about my money, I ended up hanging up the call. I have no choice but to live with that as no one can explain what is going on with my Current Account and Credit Card with regard to the funds. There are always unexplained charges that I don't know of. The advertising is false as I thought I would be paying a once of charge of R100 pm, but my charges go up to more than R250 every month, which is not fair at all. I'm disappointed that no one can explain where my funds go to every month as I would understand with the interest but they cant even explain that to me.
I hope FNB's management can live with themselves and sleep well at night.
