My son-in-law was rear-ended in July 2013. I put the claim in to Outsurance and they processes my claim. After the vehicle had gone to the panelbeaters, Ipaid the vehicle excess and we went on our way. Today I received a call from Outsurance advising me that my excess would be refunded to me and would clear through my bank account within the next 48 hours. Thank you Outsurance for great service. In today's society, good service is few and far between so it is wonderful when one gets great service.
