Bending over for outsurance

I had an accident in August where I was rear ended by a woman, did all the necessaries and handed the claim over to outsurance they sent me to there service provider and in no time the person handling my claim responded by saying that outsurance will not be paying as the damage to my vehicle did not amount to the excess I had to pay after I told the inspector at Ck Coachworks that I feel that a thorough inspection needed to be done as my electrical system and alarm was also not working they just refused as the damage did not amount to the excess of R3500 To date I had to fork out R30 000, 00 in damages so if I can advise all you businesss owners out there I would not trust outsurance as they hate paying for claims and there service providers are not at all thorough. As a small business I was left with no income for a few weeks and had to appoint an attorney to try and sue the lady who rear ended me costing me yet more money thanks outsurance for your most horrible service.
