Highly annoyed!!

My credit card was used to swipe goods at kk trading while i was in possession of my card. i was notified via sms. I immediately reported the incident to standard bank, which was also a mission as i was being sent from pillar to post.ref no664538.The transaction resulted in my acc going into overdraft. Ipaid the account to make good as it would affect my credit. I have not heard from standard bank since, i cannot reach the call centre which resulted in further expenses! It is not my fault that Standard Banks security had been compromised. I need money back!! Someone should please contact me urgently!! this is highly frustrating! I have been issued a new card but its useless because i cannot use it!!!
