Paid for movie tickets which did not arrive

So disappointed that this problem still exists. I paid online for 8 Nu Metro movie tickets, of which only 1 arrived by SMS. And when I called their 24 hour assistant number to help solve the problem at 5:30pm, I was told that dept is closed until Monday. Now I am unable to take my family to the movies for a good price. :-(
The last time I experienced this problem, they said they would be fixing their system. Two months later it is the same problem. :-(
