In May I reported problems I encountered with my credit card payments which was never routed to my credit card account which resulted in Standard Bank informing me that I was in arrears and that action will be taken. After the initial Hello Peter report, Standard Bank was quick to reply and after I provided them with the prove of payments from 2007 they just vanished. There follow up and no one seems to take charge of an issue. They hope it will just disappear.
