I came in to the Bellville (Voortrekker Road) branch of Absa on the 19-09-2013 all emotional and requiring assistance. Letitia dealt with me calmly and patiently. She listened to my entire rambling story and kept a sympathetic smile on her face the whole time. I would really like to compliment her not only her professionalism but her empathy.
