I would just like to commend two of your employees who are situated at the bellville voortrekker branch in the cellphone section for their excellent client service. I needed to do a cellphone insurance claim & the lady and gentleman who assisted me this morning were very friendly and ever so willing to assist. I was at your vangate mall branch yesterday for the same thing however the service I recieved was so horrifying to myself and other clients I left and decided to do my claim at the bellville store close to where I work.
Adene & Siya both gave me a pleasant experience compared to what I recieved yesterday, Keep up the good work and I hope their good qualities are acknowledged.
