I was in dire need of an assistance to help me tonight with my online banking. When I picked up the phone to speak to a consultant, little did I know that the call would be charged to my account, after years of being an FNB customer. As if it wasn't enough for them to take R200 from my account this afternoon.
This may seem petty to a rich person, but FNB is the middle class, no wonder the banks are flooded with illiterate village people who are lured in to open accounts at the FNB which will soon take even their last cent.
After 19 years of banking with them, I am sick and tired of being robbed and then having to face a cheeky banker explaining to me that swiping cost R150.
I won't suggest that FNB could be bordering into being bankrupt, but they sure are greedy and malicious and their online banking system is STUPID.
Maybe I'll bank with them again one day when I can reset a new password for online banking, one day when they stop grabbing chunks of money into my account without my consent.
And one day when they can stop asking that stupid question: How can we help you? Because they never help!
Maybe they can help the people of South Africa by shutting down!
