Online Banking not responding to a request

I am a FNB client and has requested that my online banking was displaying the wrong thing. They told me it will take a few days and it will automatically change. The problem is that it has been 5 days now and no response or change. I then went online and laid a complaint online where it was said that I will be phoned back in 24 hours which has also not happened and its been 36 hours already. If the customer service is this poor how can a person stay happy with your bank.
