Exiliti claims department has no control on service providers and do not keep up to their word on repairing my vehicle. the vehicle is now insurance for 2 months. they failed to deliver on time and yet leave me car-less for travelling home once a month. they do not want improvise and do what's necessary for the benefit of the client. I have no transport to travel home next week because they failed to ensure my vehicle is ready after being with the insurance for 2 months.
