My dad's car was in an accident and Iwyze as stated it to be a write off. The thing is Iwyze states it is a 2011 model but the car is 2012. Which obviously make the retail value of the car less. I don't get how Iwyze could of done that as I am sure all customer documents are validated when the insurance is taken to avoid. We have submitted the log book and all supporting documents to Ivan Fourie to show it was a 2012 model. Ivan Fourie have forward the claim to Martin Jung but my dad is not seeming to get any response from anyone there.
An email was sent to the complaints department, the email was read but once again no response.
