Delayed settlement to bank

After a stressful and depressing claim process, Iwyze approved my claim. I completed the pertinent paper work and I was relieved that my nightmare was over. I was promised that the payment would reflect after seven working days and that my account with Wesbank would be settled as per arrangement. I've followed up with my bank only to find out that no payment has been done. I've tried getting a hold of the respective people at Iwyze and nobody has gotten back to me. Instead one of the consultants told me: "the funds have not been released." Without any explanation! Yet NOBODY from Iwyze has told me about this. This is frustrating because the bank sent a settlement amount to Iwyze. I can't go car shopping because as far as the bank is concerned I still have an account with them. I asked for the rental to be extended and Iwyze refused. I'm left without a car, and finding it difficult to get to work or attend work related meetings (my KPI) is already getting affected. This is not the first time I'm complaining. I've been nothing but cooperative and respectful through this whole ordeal but I'm beginning to feel like my worries are falling on deaf ears.
