Absa requests documents from me which they already have. I don't have a problem with providing them with a copy of my I.d and proof of residence once again, just didn't get around to doing it. But absa has gone ahead and blocked my account! I am unable to make any cash withdrawls of any sort! There are things that need sorting out and having this type of inconvenience is honestly ridiculous! And with no warning whatsoever, at this moment I am not a happy customer at all! Not being able to draw your own money out of your own account? What a joke!
