No response to customer queries

On the 3 September 2013 I bought data on cellphone banking, the transaction went through muy bank account, but I never received any data.

on the 4th I logged a query and untill today I am still waiting for statndard bank to respond, i have followed up several times and I feel I can not continually follow up as it end s up costing me more
