I would like to compliment and thank Thereesa Taljaard from ABSA Century City for her efficient service with a smile. I went into the branch yesterday during my short lunch break to sort out a hold that was on my Target Save account. I explained the problem with Thereesa and without hassle she managed to find the problem, AND find the solution. She even went the extra mile to help me get access to my account immediately. All I had to do was give my card, explain the problem and smile.
Thank you Thereesa, the help you gave me ensured that I could pay for the battery for my car without which, I would be unable to work!
