I put a claim in july last year and i was declined in feb ths year .d car was collected by the insurance from dbn to jhb by d insurance. I was and called by the owner of d scrab yard & i informed d insurance it was recovered but in a bad state.i was called in feb by d insurance informed that the claim ws declined since i ws not happy about the outcome i wrote to Ombusdman. No response i got while still waiting i was informed by a friend that he saw my car driven by someone.i called the insurance Linda said it was sent back to dbn and gave me the number for the person you transported it who is also the scrap yard owner wyne 0723648246.i got so angry cause i was not informed of any move. I called td guy he said i nid to pay for d storage frm last yr till now.i said never my car was insured and he hung up he said i am not getting the car.went back to Linda and complianed.few munites after i got a call from the wife of wyne .sHE SAID they have repaired my car and is moving and the insurance sold it to them. Linda matthe should tell me the truth. Mr WYNE spoke to Willie lekub a friend of mine said they paid 43000 to the insurance.i need to be called back by mnagement
