Last year June 2012 my car was broken into and 4 wheels and a spare wheel were and the car was left damaged. I lodged a claim with Budget Car Insurance, and my claim was declined due to the fact that they said I have never informed them with my change of address, off which that was not true as I had only 5 days on my current venue. Then I made an appeal.
Since then I have been waiting for Manager to call or make a follow up on my appeal as the consultant which was dealing with my claim had suggested.
I'm humble requesting an immediate response for this as I have been patiently awaiting for this claim to be attended to.
