I have been a FNB client for 45years. I hold a good record and have a FNB Private Client Card. I use my card extensively averaging R120000.00 per month. I have been on a discount level 5 which is the maximum level.
From the 1st of July 2013 they introduced a card fee of R149.00 per month which I am now paying. Without any notification or a drop in my spend I noticed that my discount level was dropped to 2! No explanation no information I just saw that on my profile. Very disappointing from FNB. Will look at alternate card.
