I changed insurers in May 2013 and was referred to Scottfin Insurance Brokers where I was assisted by Warren Du Preez. I was a bit sceptical at first but Warren was so professional and efficient when he shopped around negotiating the best insurance premium for me. He eventually managed to get me insured with Hollard at a price way cheaper than my previous insurance broker got for me when I first purchased my vehicle in November 2013. In July 2013 I had an accident and when I called my broker to inform them of the incident the first thing that Warren asked me was "Are you ok? " I was totally blown away! After checking that I was ok he proceeded to direct me to the claims department where I was once again assisted by a friendly and helpful lady by the name of Sarah Mbili. Sarah kept me updated with the progress of my claim via e-mail & telephonically right up until the end. It has really been a pleasure dealing with these 2 individuals at Scottfin Brokers and I have since referred many of my colleagues through to them as I know that they will definitely be in capable hands. Warren & Sarah I salute you two on a job well done - continue to exceed your customers expectations!
