I'm so tired and angry about the service i receive from African Bank, i've been a very loyal customer to them and the service i'm getting is so pathetic, i went to the branch in PTA West last month and ask them to reverse my d/o as i had financial problems and they said they cant do it as the d/o was already taken, now today i call them to do the arrangement for me and they tell me they cant help me, they guy i spoke to seemed not to know what he was saying or doing, he putted me on hold for a long time then i asked to speak to a sup for 4 times and he didn't want to put the supie on the line
then when i told him that i'm going to report them that's when he called a lady by the name of Violet who just didn't help me and i hang up the phone. what i want to say is i cant wait to finish that account and move away from them.
i will let every one know the BAD SERVICE they are rendering... i mean I'm being honest with them... why cant they understand my situation? i mean i never ever had an r/o on my account!!!
