I called yesterday after getting cut off 3 times to cancell my policy and was assured that someone will call me back, Today i called after getting cut off 5 time and finally someone answerd acting like i never tried contacting you guys asking who i spoke to
i dont take names so i dont know, This is dumb service call centre keeps droping calls and the customer service department dont know weather they coming or going that one of the main reasons i want to cancell
