NEVER ENDING STORY - what else should a person do?

Had assistance the last time, after my hello peter report!!! arranged payment will go on as normal every month. now they are telling me i owe them the outstanding balance from Oct - March it's not my fault the cheque didn't go through and i phoned number of times as they assured me it went through, even had a call from a lady telling me my account was paid in full. i had so many different deductions on weird times of the month, some when I didn't even have money in my account. Any time i had money paid into my bank, they just took what they wanted, i had to go back a few times to reverse it as i also need to live.
AFRICAN BANK has been just a uphill battle as i have been a good client for number of years. This is unacceptable & it's sickening.
Having a bad experience with broken bad furnisher I bought through African bank @ furnisher city, due to me now "being in arrears" I'm not being helped. How is that fair. Phoned and complaint about a month ago. Really getting sick of this! my couch that is sagging and nothing is being done about it. - only have two piece couch set and the first one was replaced 3 months after purchase. Waited 10 weeks for that one. Just getting inpatient now.
