According to King Price- I did not disclose all previous claims, therefore had to reject current claim and cancel my policy. Before they latter, I was told I would get a detailed report upon which this decision was made. This was not delivered. I requested access to call recordings and transcripts - which have been ignored, as have been several direct questions posed in writing to several people. Now, my Macbook Pro, which they sent to Johannesburg for repairs (whilst I requested for a Cape Town provider), is still there, still no feedback despite frequent requests as to how and when my laptop will be returned to me, despite asking several times.
