Earlier in 2013 we enquired regarding our cash back of 10% of the 36 months claim free premiums. We were notified that our 36 months expires on 30/9/2013. On the 2/10/2013 we enquired when the "cash-back" will be paid and received feedback from Bernice Booysens on 3/10/13 that our 36 months was claim free and we will be paid R3709.43 by next week (10/10/13). On 11/10/10 she said payment will be made same day. It is now 14/10/2013 and still NO "cash-back". Phoned Bernice this morning and her words to me was "the payment was made on Friday, I will send you proof of payment." No surprise!!! Nothing received yet!!! My husband then phoned her, BUT now she told him that she is still waiting for the authorisation that the R3600 and something can be paid out to us - then only can they do the payment and send us proof! What incompetent people are working for PSGK??? You are so quick to increase premiums, but slow to make good on your promises. Why are we paying for a service that is leaving us frustrated?!?!?!?!?
