I have dealt with Mohammed at Auto and General in an attempt to get a better premium but without loosing the benefits that I already have. After a couple of headaches for him and myself, I finally got more for my money. Debit order went through and another gremlin put through the wrong amount.

This time I spoke to the Manager, Eilleen Chapman and very tongue in cheek, demanded that the difference in quote and debitted amount be returned, for a cup of coffee. Imagine my surprise when a couple days later not only did I receive my refund, but Mohammed arrived on my door step with a complimentary COFFEE hamper for my Coffee enjoyment.

Frankly, I cannot remember when last I have had the pleasure of receiving this personal service and courteous handling of an inconvenience.

After having spoken to a number of my friends about how I was handled, some have already come over for a cup of coffee - seeing is believing after all.

I guess a few of these friends of mine will no doubt move over to Auto and General.
