Dont care attitude and lack of feedback

My documents were submitted to Amadwala for processing a month ago. When I followed up with the service providers who process the claims and make payments I was shocked to learn that my documents were not received at all. What I find disturbing is that fact that there is no feedback from Amadwala about the progress of the claim. When I called them to follow up I was transferred to Adri. I found that she was quick to defend the team without taking responsibility. She then informed me that they have not received feedback from payroll EVEN the request was sent through two weeks ago. I asked her if there is no one from the company who follows up or escalate, she did not have an answer but continued to defend herself because they did not do anything wrong. She was not willing to go the extra mile, she had a don't care attitude.

It is disturbing to experience such service because she was employed to service the customers and yet she does not care at all.

My previous interaction with Otto from the sales team was a pleasant one. He gives constant feedback and he listens to the clients and not rush to give his opinion. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the admin team.
