Zero problem resolution and worse off than before!

Last year November there was no hot water and suspected the thermostat, and considering that it is only a 15 minute job and Outsurance covers the call out and the first hour I asked if the plumbers could replace 2 washers, and they said that this was fine. This was eventually done after much fuss and around 2 hours with the plumbers.

The taps leaked worse than before, and after much communication Prudence phoned and said that she was going on leave and that she would call on 07/01/13 which did not happen.

Eventually arranged via Carl for other plumbers to come out and the leak was the same, but the water pressure was down by 50 %. Informed Carl of this, and he said that he would send other plumbers out the next day after consulting with Amanda.

The plumbers came out on 24/01 and refused to change the washers which I asked so that the fault could be traced by a process of elimination. The end result is that I have had no water in the shower since that day. I was therefore better off before Outsurance assisted. The end result according to Amanda is that she says my call outs are finished and whilst she was made aware that I have no water she said there is nothing she can do.

Sad!
