Poor Service as Always

A few days ago I applied for a cheque account online with ABSA, within 10 minutes I received a call from a consultant who asked me a 100 questions then promised to call me back again, he did but I missed the call. Two days later I decided to follow up and got through to Tebogo, who informed me that my application has been declined, and when I asked why, she Hung Up on me. Bad manners rite there. I called back and spent half an hour being transferred from one Clueless Consultant to the next. I thought moving my cheque account to absa will save me a few Rands and for some reason, foolishly hoped your customer service had improved, but guess what, your service is as Pathetic as ever. The last person I spoke to told me about an account, but she did not have Any information on it and I must contact my ex husband to find out. Really? Affordable charges or not, your service leaves a whole lot to be desired.
