What a mission its supposed to be simple to switch

I decided to give fnb a shot and switch banks. Its been a month and I still cannot access the internet banking facility. This is beyond ridiculous my wife said Fnb is great and insisted I try them but I can't believe I am waiing so long just for a simple internet banking application. Should I go back to your competitor. Desperate new custome
