Good day,
I have had money taken from my Standard Bank Credit Card over 2 weeks ago. It was a transaction done via the Internet. The matter was reported and the card has been stopped. Yet I am so frustrated after so many Emails, Phone calls there has been NO Feedback. I spoke to a lady Sli in the call centre was so so rude and disgusting.
This is a serious crime and how come no feedback???
I really would now appreciate somebody to call me and let me know what is going on and if the matter has been investigated.
