INCOMPETENT RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I had made arrangements for a 3 months breather where i pay half of my instalment and Fatima as the consultant that is handling my acc advised me that he she would call me every month just to confirm that the arrangement is still in place for the first month that did not happen i had to call them myself and she promised me after the 3 months she will call me to set the d/o back into its normal collection amount, i received my statement to find that they have not been deducting for the past 3 months and i wanted to make arrangements instead i got with attitude saying they have called me with response on my side, i requested the dates and time of the calls as everything is recorded she could not find them instead shouted at me and telling me its my fault and i need to pay and am not running away from payment here i just needed clarity on what is going and who will be liable for the interest and charges occurred as she said they did not send the debit orders to my account and i asked the reason for that and Fatima told me with an attitude she does not know that was 14:13 she promised her manager would call me and treaten to send my acc to collections if i don't listen or pay
