My home was broken into and I put my claim through at Miway. The person who handled my claim was friendly, efficient and she proceeded my claim speedily. As soon as I gave her the go head to process my claim she called me back within a few hours to inform me of what was going on. She then called me on the next working day to tell me that the claim was processed.
I was very pleased with the quick response and the friendly customer service. I definitely give Miway a thumbs up and I hope that they continue to carry themselves in this manner.
