I e-mailed Essential med on 14, 16 and 22 January 2013 informing them that I wish to cancel a policy. The response to each e-mail was that they will contact me to effect cancellation. To date I have not received a telephone call from them in order to cancel the policy. This medical cover was for my domestic worker, who is no longer in my employment and I am not going to pay for it any longer! I have to give 30 days' notice, but the longer they take to cancel, the longer I have to keep paying for a service I no longer need! At first I struggled to get someone to process the application and now I am struggling again to get them to cancel it! What do I have to do to get service from them??
