I get calls from these numbers all day, EVERYDAY: 011 981 7600 011 981 7200 011 891 300 011 981 8200 011 981 6000 011 981 7800 011 241 1000. I understand they are looking for a certain Mr van der Merwe and I have told them over 50 times that I am not who they are looking for. It has been TEN months of this abuse from these people and I am very close to losing my cool and giving someone very bad attitude and I really do not want to do that.
I NEED SOMEBODY TO REMOVE MY NUMBER PERMANENTLY FROM ANY AND ALL STANDARD BANK DATABASES AS I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY AND NEVER WILL. QUIT HARASSING ME!
Mpho Khumalo ("Complaints Resolution" - sure!) advised me that my number had been removed from the database and urged me to come and update my complaint on HELLOPETER, possibly expecting me to give a glowing compliment. I decided to give this a month to see if it was true before updating my response and sure enough they gave me a two week break before starting right up again - morning, noon, night and the consultants keep getting ruder while I desperately try to keep my cool. This is harassment and again I ask you to resolve it - really this time.
