Couple of months back, approximately 5 months, I closed my cheque account, but the lady attended (Walmer 6th Avenue) me closed my business account's Internet profile as well. I was not aware of this until I wanted to login into my business account. I then went to my branch (Ring Road) to find out what happened. They told that the business account's profile was deleted and they tried to re-instate it but did not. Again, I only found out when I was home trying to login. I again went back to the branch & was eventually told that Internet banking division have to unlock whatever was done by whoever deleted the profile and that they will call me back when its done. To this day, Im still waiting. After long time of waiting in their queues and wasting my time and money to sort out a problem caused by them, none of them had decency to rectify or call me and explain what has happen or even what would be the way forward. I dont know why I still have business with them then.
