The WORST client service!

I have settled my loan account and due to the information on the settlement letter provided, the account was over paid by an undisclosed amount.
I have contacted them and was told the fundd would be paid over in 5 working days time.

Its been 2 weeks and did not receive a word or a lie.
I have sent them more than 1 email and the response I got was that they need my id number to assist me.
I did that as well, and still no response.
Its been 2 weeks now.
