Good evening
I own a C200, which I bough about 2 years ago from the Mercedes Benz Nirthcliff branch. I serviced my car at this same branch about 2 months back. I bought a new battery from Mercedes Centurion about three months back.
Today my car could not start and I went to the centurion branch and got not help. I called my insurance, Regent Mercedes and received the worst service possible. When I called Regent, I went into a Euro call center which in no uncertain terms told be that they are not responsible for regent but merely a centre that diverts calls to the responsible entities. The entity I was now told to talk to was Izinga. Both me an that call centre could not reach Izinga. I spent the whole day today calling the "Regent" call centre and being sent from pillar to post.
After being stuck for about six hours, I ended up getting a private provider to tow the car to my house.
I signed a contract with Regent. They (not Izinga) are responsible to me. I consider this a breach of contract and on their part. I need help
