Absa prepaid electricity transaction fail

My previous complaint on this could not be adressed, the person did phone me back and I said I am on my way to a meeting (Sometimes customers also have jobs and do not have time to deal with trivial issues all the time) The next time they phoned, the phone only rang twice... After that i received a email claiming that they were attempting to contact me... great attempt guys.
Visited the branch today who referred me to customer care line, who then referred me to another email adress. Unfortunately life must go on so I will be switching to FNB this week..

I have been with ABSA for 12 years and I think now its time to get with the times, maybe the most innovative bank in the world (FNB) can provide me with the basic solutions im looking for.

Please do not contact me, as this will only make matters worse..
