Brilliant service and great attitude

Dear Sir/ Ma'am

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to one of your staff Lerato Seramo (not to sure how to spell her surname, but she was in charge of one of the counter). I arrived at your bank on the 13 February 2013 at 9:20am and was waiting to speak to one of your consultant. It took a merely 40 minutes until I was approached by one of your floor managers that I was able to do it in one of those open counters.
At first Lerato Seramo was unsure what was happening, when i told her I needed to do a specific transaction. She was calm and then asked if she could see my ID, while the system was uploading, she kept me in the loop and told me what was happening. When the system was uploaded, she asked all the details. I gave her the paper with all the bank details and she acted very professional, that is not reading the document but asked where the banking detail are so that she could upload it. At one stage, I asked her if she could make the reference flexible as I'll be doing my transaction from the ATM. She politely told me she was unable to do that and explained the reason behind it, she was very efficient and would like to thank her for the best service she gav
