FNB has an advertising campaign claiming how efficient and fast they are. FALSE advertising.
I applied for my renewed credit card on 10th January 2013 as my previous card expired.
I was informed it would be 3 working days to be delivered to my local FNB branch. After numerous telephone calls from Cape Town to their Johannesburg office, and again today. I still have no card 15 days later.
The lady I spoke to today would phone me back today. No phone call.
How much longer must I wait and how many more costly telephone calls must I make before I get my new card?
