I arrived at absa branch at 09:00, we waited on queue no one was attending to us about 40 minutes waiting for the consaltant.when we ask no one is helping us. They refer us to lime manager (Percy) who was setting down doing nothing. After they came Consultant (Kabelo Muleya) who gave us very bad attitute. I have being Banking with absa but I think is time to go to oanother financial intitution, they don't care about customers at all
