Incorrect billing

Hello

As a new client to Outsurance I am very disappointed in the service I am receiving with regards to a query I have.

Let me start by acknowledging the good stuff. Great premiums, I am very happy with quoted amounts and joining Outsurance. Outsurance does offer the cheapest premiums with good cover.

However with that being said, I was advised that I wouldn't pay the initial take on fee yet they deducted it. I have called in 3 times to request for the reversal. I spoke to Sandile, (Wed 25th), Sabina (Thus 26th), Lesego (Friday 27th). They all told me that they would get back to me but none of them have.

All I need to know is when will the reversal of the Take on fee be done?
