I am the Executor in an Estate (Acc Nr 131 615 335 et al) and have been trying for more than a year to obtain Certificates of Balance on the Deceased's accounts as at date of death, both by mail and e-mail, to no avail. Feedback has been either "automated responses" or referrals to other officials.
