I was informed by my insurance company Outsurance that, due to 2 minor accidents within 2 months with my one insured vehicle and another accident last year with my other insured vehicle, my excess will increase from R1300 to R7000 and from R1200 to R6000 respectively on both vehicles. I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS NEWS. I have been with Outsurance for nearly 5 years and have always received quick and very good and friendly service from them, but this increase is totally unacceptable and unaffordable for me
So I decided to call First for Women and see if they could give me a better deal. And, guess what, even a much better deal!! I was offered the same premium that I paid at Outsurance, WITHOUT ANY EXCESS ON BOTH MY VEHICLES in case of an accident!! Wow, I was so surprised.
I want to thank Tebogo as well, who took my first call and all my details and had to listen to my whole sad story. He made me feel so much better with his good sense of humour. And then Craig who made me an offer I could not resist. THANKS AGAIN
