I have made payment months ago for a document which is required for issuing of a new share document.
and proof of payment faxed to their office. Up to date no document received
The ONLY methods of communication with them is by calling their call centre or via fax which is very fustrating. The same answers are offered by their call centre... documents has been posted... wait another week... ect. There is no method to complain or to contact someone in charge... just the call centre.
