I have been trying for six weeks to get this document which states turnaround time is 5 working days. I have even done the return on line and PAID IN FULL to try and expedite the matter. I have been calling for days and the lines are continually engaged. We need this document for tender purposes. The supervisor of the call centre said the call centre cannot handle the amount of calls. FAXING does not work as I have faxed the document through 5 times. Can anybody help???
