I had an accident in a vehicle both me and mother drive on the 15th of July. Our second claim in the space of a week.
On submitting my claim I was contacted by a Karen Van Der Baan to meet up with me for an assessment. Little did I know I was being investigated like a common criminal.
What got me during the assessment was the lose statement of repudiate or as simply put DENY! I was told the claim may be denied on premium prejudice or because I was not listed as a driver. During the same assessment I was told that the investigation would be presented to board and a final answer would be given.
My compliant is that King Price insurance are trying to find a reason NOT to pay my claim as it clearly does not suite them!
I am also unimpressed in which Karen Van Der Baan conducted herself in our most recent conversation as it came across as trying to intimidate me!
I have since read my policy document and there are several issues which are by no means my own fault and are clearly King Prices mistakes! My Policy also clearly states that any with a VALID drivers licence may drive the vehicle.
